“What The WordPress ecosystem is complex and rich. What I use is just the tip of the iceberg, and I also have a lot of personal preferences. The project scenarios are complex and subtle. What I recommend does not necessarily mean that it will be suitable for your project, but the tools and services I have listed are all I’ve used it myself. There is no personal insight here, it is entirely due to the active WordPress community abroad.

  • NameCheap : Complete TLD, providing flexible corporate email services (Private Email)

  • Vultr : The most cost-effective high-frequency NVME host so far
  • Alibaba Cloud : China’s most cost-effective lightweight application server and high-frequency ESSD series ECS
  • Google Cloud : Provides Asia-Pacific nodes and self-built backbone network with superior performance and high price
  • SiteGround : After this year of use experience, I feel that the quality of customer service has shrunk greatly. I don’t plan to use Live Chat anymore. The service quality has also returned.

System

  • Ubuntu 18.04/20.04 : Fast update, very stable, at least the web stack has not encountered stability problems
  • CentOS : The official update is stopped, slow updates are regarded as stable, polar opposites, a self-righteous distribution, but it is particularly popular in China

Theme

  • Blocksy , Kadence : Efficient swapping capabilities are very suitable for website groups
  • Astra : It is still the theme with the most mature ecology and the fastest technical customer service response I have ever used.
  • Divi : Comes with the Divi Builder page designer, and sites that focus on landing pages can get one-stop support

Designer

  • Elementor : I think it is the best page designer that balances ease of use and flexibility. It already comes with a Theme Builder.
  • Divi Builder : You will use it when choosing a Divi theme. It also provides a Theme Builder with equivalent functions to Elementor.

Gutenberg

  • Qubely : Gutenberg can also be a full-featured page designer
